Salary: EUR: €102,000 - €170,000+ per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to develop and revise curriculum materials that align with state and national standards.
• Create and maintain a curriculum calendar to ensure timely completion of all instructional materials.
• Monitor the implementation of curriculum and provide support to teachers as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of curriculum to identify areas for improvement and make necessary revisions.
• Stay up-to-date on current educational trends, research, and best practices to inform curriculum development.
• Develop and implement professional development programs for teachers to support their understanding and use of curriculum materials.
• Work with administrators to ensure that curriculum meets the needs of diverse learners and supports the achievement of educational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology and other educational resources into the curriculum.
• Oversee the selection and ordering of instructional materials, textbooks, and other resources.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to curriculum development and implementation.
• Communicate with parents and stakeholders about the curriculum and provide opportunities for their input and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of state and national education standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology and ability to integrate it into curriculum development.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and pedagogy.
• Experience with curriculum mapping and assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Passion for education and commitment to continuous improvement.
