Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing & Offshoring Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's outsourcing and offshoring initiatives. This includes identifying potential outsourcing opportunities, negotiating contracts with vendors, and overseeing the transition of work to offshore locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outsourcing and offshoring strategies to optimize cost savings and improve efficiency.
• Identify potential outsourcing opportunities and evaluate vendor capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, including pricing, service level agreements, and delivery timelines.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing partners and monitor their performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify areas of the business that can be outsourced or offshored.
• Conduct regular reviews of outsourcing and offshoring processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for outsourcing or offshoring.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential outsourcing partners and vendors.
• Train and mentor team members on outsourcing and offshoring best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing and offshoring management.
• Strong negotiation and Contract management skills.
• Experience with project management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of outsourcing and offshoring trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
