Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: Hradec Králové, Czech Republic

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish, including developing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations and ensure they are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans and designs.
• Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within the approved budget.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for each project.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all work is being completed according to specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the duration of the project.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
• Ensure all projects are completed within the allocated time frame, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, Contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
