Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data for easy access and retrieval
Use statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends and patterns in the data
Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and develop data-driven solutions to address business challenges
Monitor data quality and identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present data findings in a clear and concise manner
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and techniques
Train and educate team members on data analysis tools and techniques to enhance their data literacy

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or any related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools such as Excel and Python
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical methods to extract insights
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
