Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and plan fashion photo shoots for various collections and campaigns
Conduct thorough research on current fashion trends, locations, and styles to ensure the photo shoot aligns with our brand's aesthetic
Source and select models, hair and makeup artists, and stylists for each photo shoot
Set up and manage all lighting and camera equipment to ensure high-quality images are captured
Direct and guide models during the photo shoot to capture the desired poses and expressions
Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards and create a cohesive look and feel for each collection
Maintain and organize all photo files and ensure they are easily accessible for future use
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and enhance our brand's visual content

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Fashion Photographer in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Excellent knowledge and proficiency in photography equipment, lighting, and editing software
Strong portfolio that showcases your fashion photography skills and ability to tell a story through images
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and models
Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively and outside the box
Flexibility to work long and irregular hours, including weekends, as photo shoots may require
Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends and styles
