Wine & Spirits Brand Ambassador

This position requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional overnight stays. The role may also require standing for extended periods and lifting boxes or other promotional materials. The Brand Ambassador will work primarily in a field setting, but may also work from a home office or company headquarters as needed.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Wine & Spirits Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and promote our portfolio of wines and spirits to a variety of customers. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, educating consumers about our products, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of wine and spirits, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of our company, representing our brand and products at various events and promotions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers such as bartenders, sommeliers, and distributors
• Educate consumers about our products, including the history, production process, and flavor profiles
• Conduct tastings and presentations at retail locations, restaurants, and special events
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms to showcase our products and engage with customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to continuously improve our products and brand messaging
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences
• Train and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand ambassador roles in the wine and spirits industry
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, including production processes, flavor profiles, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and industry professionals
• Experience in event planning and execution
• Proficient in social media platforms and content creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 21 years of age
