About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Hardware Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Computer Hardware Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in identifying hardware needs, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate computer hardware systems to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hardware requirements for new projects
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely and effective solutions
• Perform hardware upgrades and installations as needed
• Monitor and maintain hardware inventory levels
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for hardware systems
• Create and maintain documentation for hardware configurations and procedures
• Test and evaluate new hardware components before implementation
• Train and educate end-users on hardware usage and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Computer Hardware Analyst or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware components and systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with network and security protocols
