Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects, including but not limited to power distribution systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using industry-standard software.
Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the feasibility, reliability, and safety of the designed electrical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and technicians to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and standards to continuously improve the design process and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare technical reports and documentation to present findings, recommendations, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on the progress of electrical design activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing electrical systems for industrial, commercial, or residential projects.
Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, and ETAP.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Experience in conducting simulations and calculations using software such as MATLAB, Simulink, or PSpice.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
