Position: Store Manager

Location: Novo Mesto, Slovenia

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our GameSet Match Gear retail store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's inventory, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and providing exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain proper inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, ordering products, and managing product returns and exchanges
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are met and maintained at all times
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and fitting rooms
• Manage store expenses and budgets, including payroll, supplies, and operational costs
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of new team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve company goals and objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make proactive decisions and stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
