Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Materials Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Building Materials Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our company's building materials products in a designated territory. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, while also identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and targeting potential new clients.
• Conduct regular visits to clients, presenting our building materials products and providing product information and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our building materials products and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of building materials products and the construction industry is an asset.
