Position: Curriculum Developer and Instructor

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Developer and Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Developer and Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality, engaging, and effective curriculum for our organization. You will work closely with our instructional design team to develop curriculum that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop curriculum for both in-person and online training programs
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive content
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive activities, to enhance the learning experience
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure instructors are equipped to deliver the curriculum effectively
• Continuously review and improve the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools, such as video editing software and graphic design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in teaching or training is a plus
