Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design curriculum for various educational programs, including online courses, in-person workshops, and training materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in curriculum design and incorporate them into our programs.
Assess the effectiveness of current curriculum and make recommendations for improvements and updates.
Work closely with the instructional design team to ensure that all curriculum materials are aligned with course objectives, learning outcomes, and assessments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in educational technology and integrate them into the curriculum design process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that curriculum meets the needs of learners.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of curriculum materials and make necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes.
Participate in the development and implementation of new educational initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
Knowledge of educational technology and its application in curriculum development.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Passion for education and a strong commitment to student success.
