About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Track Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Track Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of track construction projects. This role requires a strong leader with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of track construction and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans for track construction projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage and lead a team of track construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and resolving any potential issues
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, designs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project costs and make timely adjustments to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting any concerns or issues that may impact project delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline track construction processes and increase efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new techniques and technologies to enhance project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in track construction and project management
• Strong knowledge of track construction techniques, materials, and equipment
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering track construction projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to track construction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
