Job Description: Strategy Advisors Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Strategic Planning Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify their business objectives, develop strategies, and create actionable plans to achieve their goals. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in strategic planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client's industry, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop strategies that align with the client's goals
• Utilize various tools and techniques to conduct market research, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, including actionable plans and timelines
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of developing successful strategic plans for clients
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to think critically and creatively, and to provide innovative solutions to complex problems
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Willingness to travel, as needed
