Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement education programs and curriculum in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
Conduct research on best practices in education and implement new strategies to improve program effectiveness.
Manage and track program budgets, expenses, and resources.
Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff and volunteers.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand our reach and impact.
Plan and coordinate educational events, such as workshops, conferences, and field trips.
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain accurate records and collect data to report on program progress and impact.
Communicate program updates and information to students, parents, and stakeholders through various channels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program coordination or management.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Experience working with diverse populations and ability to create inclusive learning environments.
