Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases for various applications and business needs.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data processing and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data analysis and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Implement and maintain database security protocols to protect sensitive data.
Develop and maintain database documentation, including data models, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Keep up-to-date with the latest SQL Server updates, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SQL Server Developer or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
Experience with database design, development, and maintenance.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in SQL Server, are a plus.
