Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design curriculum for various educational programs and courses, including online and in-person learning experiences
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify learning objectives and ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and expertise for course development
Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Create and organize course materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities, that align with learning objectives and support different learning styles
Ensure that all course materials are accurate, current, and comply with copyright laws and accessibility standards
Continuously evaluate and update curriculum to improve learning outcomes and stay current with industry trends and advancements
Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback from students and instructors to make necessary adjustments to course materials
Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists to incorporate multimedia elements into course materials
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of curriculum
Maintain accurate and detailed records of curriculum development and updates
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and instructional design methodologies to enhance and improve curriculum development processes
Participate in professional development activities and attend conferences and workshops related to curriculum development and instructional design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum development methodologies
Experience designing and developing curriculum for online and in-person learning experiences
Experience working with subject matter experts and other team members to gather content and expertise for course development
Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar programs
Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all course materials
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
