Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all educational activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program coordination and development. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculums in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct ongoing research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, educational best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both internal staff and external partners.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of educators and instructors to ensure high-quality and consistent delivery of educational programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand the reach and impact of our educational initiatives.
• Manage budgets and resources related to educational programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and feedback related to educational programs.
• Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education and ensure compliance within our programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and advertise educational programs through various channels.
• Act as a mentor and leader to education team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, training, and instruction.
• Strong knowledge of educational best practices and trends.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with educational software and technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
