Position Overview: As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to design and develop training programs and materials that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning objectives for various courses and programs
• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including instructor-led presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia assets
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Review and update existing training materials to ensure consistency and relevance
• Communicate project progress and timelines to stakeholders, providing regular updates and seeking feedback as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in instructional design and incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure all materials are technically accurate and meet design and branding standards
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional technologies
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
• Proficient in MS Office and other design and multimedia software
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in creating training materials for various delivery methods, including online, instructor-led, and blended learning
• Knowledge of learning management systems and online learning platforms
• Experience in designing training programs for a variety of industries and audiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in all work
