What we're looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Luxury Goods and Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for luxury goods and jewelry, excellent communication skills, and a desire to exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending products that meet their preferences and budget
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current industry trends and styles
• Assist customers with product selection, including providing information on materials, styles, and pricing
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance selling skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in luxury goods and jewelry sales
• Strong passion for luxury goods and jewelry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
