About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Minister. This role is responsible for leading and guiding our congregation, providing spiritual guidance and support to our community, and overseeing the overall operations of our religious organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate weekly religious services, including sermons, prayers, and other rituals or traditions.
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to members of the congregation, offering support and advice for personal and/or spiritual matters.
• Oversee the planning and execution of religious events and ceremonies, such as weddings, baptisms, and funerals.
• Collaborate with other religious leaders and community organizations to promote unity and foster positive relationships.
• Develop and implement programs to engage and educate the congregation on religious teachings and principles.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the religious organization, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities management.
• Supervise and mentor other staff members, such as associate ministers, administrative staff, and volunteers.
• Stay up-to-date on current events and trends within the religious community and incorporate relevant topics into sermons and teachings.
• Maintain a strong presence within the community, representing the organization at events and building relationships with community members.
• Uphold the values and principles of the organization, promoting inclusivity, acceptance, and respect for all individuals.

Qualifications:

• Ordained minister with a recognized religious organization.
• Bachelor's degree in theology, divinity, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a religious organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of religious teachings and principles.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse group of individuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
