Position: Electronics Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Electronics Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Electronics Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of electronics projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with the engineering team, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and project management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with the engineering team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential roadblocks or delays, taking proactive measures to keep the project on track
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within allocated funds and timeframes
• Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Oversee the testing and quality control process to ensure that all deliverables meet project requirements
• Lead project team meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to team members
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics project management
• Strong technical background in electronics design and manufacturing
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electronics projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
