Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Banking Associate Director to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective execution of deals and projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and other industry professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record of managing complex financial transactions.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets, products, and industry dynamics.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
