Job Title: GPS Data Handler

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and process data from GPS devices and systems
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of GPS data by performing quality checks and troubleshooting any issues
• Maintain and update databases and systems to store and organize GPS data
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data management strategies
• Monitor and report on GPS data usage and performance
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for data handling processes
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in GPS technology and software, and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
• Communicate with external stakeholders and clients to gather and provide GPS data as needed
• Train and mentor new team members on data handling procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling GPS data
• Proficient in using GPS software and systems, such as ArcGIS, Google Maps, and GPS tracking devices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with data management best practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and processes
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations is a plus
