Key Responsibilities:

Monitor surveillance cameras and maintain a vigilant watch on all activities within the organization's premises.
Identify and report any suspicious behavior or potential threats to the management.
Collaborate with law enforcement and security personnel to ensure any identified threats are handled promptly and efficiently.
Review surveillance footage to investigate incidents, accidents, or any other security-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities and incidents for future reference.
Conduct regular audits of surveillance equipment and ensure that they are functioning properly.
Stay updated with the latest surveillance techniques and technologies to improve the effectiveness of monitoring activities.
Train and educate other employees on surveillance protocols and procedures.
Provide support to other security personnel during emergency situations.
Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance activities and information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveillance, preferably in a corporate or government setting.
Knowledge of surveillance equipment and software.
Excellent analytical and observation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Certification in surveillance and security is a plus.
