About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Printing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality prints for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital printing, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, including printers, laminators, and cutters
• Set up and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and consistent printing results
• Prepare digital files for printing, including formatting, resizing, and color correction
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality results
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the printing process
• Maintain inventory of printing supplies and order replacements as needed
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure print files meet client specifications
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital printing technology

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in digital printing is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating digital printing equipment
• Strong understanding of color management and printing techniques
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve technical issues quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
