Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our institution as the Dean of Academic Affairs. As the Dean of Academic Affairs, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to all academic programs and initiatives at our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic policies and procedures in line with the institution's mission and vision.
• Oversee the development and review of curriculum to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the faculty in delivering high-quality instruction and promoting student success.
• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate and optimize resources for academic programs.
• Monitor and analyze academic data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance academic performance.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to facilitate internships, research opportunities, and job placements for students.
• Represent the institution at academic conferences, seminars, and other events to promote the institution's academic reputation.
• Manage the academic budget and allocate resources efficiently to support the institution's academic goals.
• Work closely with the admissions team to attract and enroll high-quality students.
• Collaborate with the Dean of Students to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in academic leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of promoting academic excellence and student success.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with technological tools and platforms used in academia.
