Key Responsibilities:

Lead the data team in developing data models, algorithms, and visualizations that provide insights and drive business decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to identify data needs and opportunities, and provide recommendations on how to leverage data for business growth.
Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics, and implement them in the company's data strategy.
Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the company's data strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a data-related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies.
Extensive experience with data management, data analysis, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.
Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
