Position: Instructional Content Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Content Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials that effectively support learning objectives and engage learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design instructional materials that align with these objectives
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop accurate and relevant content for various learning formats, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive activities
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and other instructional materials to guide the development of multimedia content
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, and animations, into instructional materials to enhance learning
• Review and revise instructional content based on feedback and evaluations to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology to continuously improve the quality of our learning materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and development
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience working with various learning technologies and authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Proficiency in multimedia development using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to design innovative and engaging learning experiences
