Job Overview: As the Sustainability Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating sustainability education programs for various audiences, including students, educators, and community members. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver engaging and informative educational materials and initiatives to promote sustainable living practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability education programs in alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audiences and their educational needs.
• Create engaging and informative educational materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and interactive activities.
• Conduct research on current sustainability practices and trends to incorporate into the education programs.
• Coordinate and deliver educational workshops, seminars, and events at schools, universities, and community organizations.
• Build partnerships and network with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand the reach of our sustainability education programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the education programs and make necessary improvements.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices in sustainability education and incorporate them into our programs.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to raise awareness about our sustainability education initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering educational programs.
• Passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of environmental issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
• Experience in developing curriculum and educational materials is preferred.
