Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of textile production, including sourcing raw materials, scheduling production runs, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
Collaborate with the design team to develop new textile products and troubleshoot any production issues that may arise.
Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain accurate production records and reports to track progress and identify any issues that may impact production timelines.
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure that all finished products meet the company's high standards.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, place orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile production or operations.
Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and machinery.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work extended hours and travel if required.
