Salary: EUR: €25,000 - €42,000 per year

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our education programs. This includes developing curriculum, managing instructors, and ensuring the success of our students. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong background in education and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional materials.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors to deliver high-quality education programs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of education programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and success of education programs, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to expand the reach and impact of our education programs.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Manage the budget for education programs, including tracking expenses and seeking funding opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in education program coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of budget management and grant writing is a plus.
• Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality programs to students.
