Position: Mediation Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mediation Specialist to join our team. As a Mediation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing dispute resolution services to individuals and businesses. You will work closely with clients to facilitate dialogue, identify common ground, and ultimately help them reach mutually beneficial resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting mediation sessions with clients to help them resolve conflicts and disputes
• Managing a caseload of mediation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Working with clients to identify the root cause of the conflict and exploring potential solutions
• Facilitating communication and negotiation between parties to reach a mutually agreeable resolution
• Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the mediation process
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of mediation sessions and outcomes
• Collaborating with legal professionals and other experts as needed to assist with complex cases
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mediation techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in conflict resolution, psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mediation, preferably in a professional setting
• Strong understanding of conflict resolution principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain impartial and unbiased in difficult situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working with diverse individuals and cultures
• Certification in mediation or alternative dispute resolution is a plus
