Position Title: Sustainability Analyst

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our team. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our company achieve its sustainability goals. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to promote sustainable practices within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on sustainability trends, practices, and regulations
• Collect and analyze data to measure sustainability performance across our company's operations
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices in various departments
• Monitor and report on progress towards sustainability goals, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry experts, to stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability
• Assist in the development of sustainability policies and procedures and ensure compliance across the organization
• Stay up-to-date on relevant sustainability certifications, standards, and reporting frameworks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sustainability-focused role
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, or SASB
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability initiatives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment
