Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beverage operations, including bar service, inventory management, and staff training. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beverage department, including bar service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Monitor beverage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate replenishment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase beverage sales and profitability.
• Train and mentor beverage staff on proper service techniques, product knowledge, and up-selling techniques.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about new beverage offerings and promotions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative and profitable beverage menus.
• Maintain a clean and organized beverage service area at all times.
• Ensure all beverage equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
• Manage beverage purchasing, including negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best quality and price.
• Monitor and manage beverage costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas and concepts to enhance the beverage program.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
• Experience in creating and implementing beverage menus.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
