Job Title: Instructional Design Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Instructional Design Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective training materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and develop training materials that meet the needs of our employees.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Design and develop instructor-led training, e-learning courses, videos, job aids, and other learning materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to determine training needs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery of training materials.
• Utilize instructional design software and other tools to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training materials to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and effective.
• Collaborate with the training team to deliver effective training programs and provide support during training sessions.
• Monitor and track training completion and effectiveness, and provide reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led training, e-learning courses, and other learning materials.
• Proficient in using instructional design software and other tools.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Experience in a corporate training environment is preferred.
