Position: Strategic Insights Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategic Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Strategic Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for providing key insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that will help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify key insights and opportunities for the organization
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and provide visibility into business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop strategic recommendations
• Utilize various research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to gather data and insights
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide strategic recommendations
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
• Monitor and track the implementation of recommended strategies and provide ongoing analysis to measure their effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or insights role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of providing strategic recommendations that have resulted in business growth
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insights generation
