Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our organization. As the Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our academic programs. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of curriculum design, program evaluation, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic programs in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design curriculum and course materials that meet program objectives and student learning outcomes.
• Oversee the program approval process, ensuring that all programs meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Manage the program budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure program success.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of programs, making necessary adjustments to meet changing needs and improve program effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with academic partners, including universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to promote and recruit students for the program.
• Hire, train, and manage program staff, providing them with support and guidance to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Represent the program at conferences, seminars, and other events to increase awareness and build partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in academic program management.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management, preferably in higher education or a similar industry.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, program evaluation, and project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
