Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, and assist them with their shopping needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products and provide them with accurate information to help them make informed purchase decisions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, replenish merchandise, and ensure products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position with flexible working hours.
