Salary: EUR: €68,000 - €102,000 per year

About the Role: Amazon Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our education programs, from conception to implementation. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including educators, students, and community partners, to ensure the success and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver high-quality educational content and curriculum
• Oversee program budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes to make data-driven decisions for improvement
• Lead and train a team of education program coordinators and educators
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote program participation and engagement
• Develop marketing strategies to increase program visibility and reach a wider audience
• Stay up-to-date with education trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders on program performance and impact
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and secure funding opportunities for education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing education programs
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and evaluation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of current education trends and best practices
• Experience in marketing and promoting educational programs
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
