SkillBoost is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Communication Coach to join our team. As an Executive Communication Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with high-level executives and leaders to enhance their communication skills and presence. In this role, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their professional goals and elevate their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with high-level executives and leaders to assess their communication strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop customized coaching plans to address specific communication needs and goals.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback, guidance, and support to clients.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, such as role-playing and video analysis, to help clients improve their verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance in developing effective presentation skills, including storytelling, slide design, and delivery.
• Assist clients in developing executive presence and building confidence in high-stakes communication situations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for groups to enhance their overall communication skills.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive communication to continually improve coaching methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive coaching or a related field.
• Strong understanding of executive communication and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of coaching high-level executives and delivering results.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire others.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Certification in executive coaching or related field preferred.
