Overview: ElectroCraft Electric is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electronic systems and equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about electronics and enjoys working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment such as computers, televisions, radios, and other consumer electronic devices
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic systems and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of electronic systems
• Follow technical manuals and instructions to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble electronic components
• Use various testing equipment to identify and resolve technical problems
• Calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to meet performance standards
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic technology and industry standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, technical school certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or related field
• Extensive knowledge of electronic systems, circuitry, and components
• Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Working Conditions: As an Electronics Technician, you will primarily work in a workshop or laboratory environment. You may also have to travel to clients' locations to install or repair electronic equipment. You will be required to work with various hand and power tools as well as testing equipment. You may also be exposed to hazardous materials, such as soldering fumes, and must adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
