About the Role: We are seeking a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our team. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and creating unique and innovative clothing and accessory collections that align with our brand's aesthetic and vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a deep understanding of current fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections that align with the brand's vision and target market
• Research and analyze current fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to ensure collections are relevant and competitive in the market
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate design concepts to the team
• Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final product, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to source materials and oversee the production process
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs to ensure proper fit and functionality
• Attend trade shows and fashion events to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential partners
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns and promotions to boost brand awareness and sales
• Manage and mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development
• Continuously research and experiment with new techniques and materials to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand's collections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and technical skills
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passionate about fashion and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
