Position Title: Concrete Finisher

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for creating a smooth and durable surface for concrete projects. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects while upholding the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up appropriate tools and equipment
• Pour and spread concrete evenly using various techniques, such as rakes, shovels, and trowels
• Smooth, level, and shape concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
• Apply finishing techniques, such as stamping, staining, and sealing to achieve desired texture and appearance
• Monitor and adjust curing process to ensure proper drying and hardening of concrete
• Repair cracks and imperfections in concrete surfaces using patching materials
• Follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate placement and finish of concrete
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment as needed
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment
• Collaborate with the construction team to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
