Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain Python-based software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code following best practices and standards
Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve issues in a timely manner
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies to improve existing processes
Participate in project planning and estimation meetings
Communicate project progress and challenges to project managers and other stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Experience with web application development using frameworks such as Django or Flask
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with SQL and database design
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
