• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to ensure that curriculum is effective, relevant, and meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Develop and maintain a curriculum development process and timeline, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and refine curriculum.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in education technology and incorporate relevant tools and platforms into curriculum development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content for educational programs.
• Assist with the training and development of instructors to ensure effective delivery of curriculum.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to education and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or education.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and curriculum development processes.
• Proven experience developing engaging and effective learning materials and programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
