Job Title: Studio Photographer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Studio Photographer to join our team. As a Studio Photographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images that meet our clients' needs and standards. You will collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and execute photo shoots that effectively capture our brand's vision and messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a keen sense of composition, and a passion for delivering exceptional visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute photo shoots that align with our brand's vision and messaging
• Prepare and set up studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and props, for each photo shoot
• Direct and guide the models, subjects, and other team members to ensure the best possible outcome for each shot
• Utilize various techniques, such as lighting, angles, and composition, to capture high-quality and visually appealing images
• Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance the final product
• Manage and maintain all photography equipment and studio space to ensure proper functionality and organization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our photography work
• Collaborate with the marketing and advertising team to ensure our brand's visual consistency across all platforms
• Manage photo shoot schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and efficient delivery of final products
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each project

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in studio photography, preferably in a creative agency or similar setting
• Proficient in operating and maintaining studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography styles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A creative eye for detail and composition, with a strong understanding of lighting and color theory
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of current photography trends and techniques
• Experience with retouching and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
