Job Title: Property Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties and ensuring that they are well-maintained, profitable, and in compliance with all regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and building positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and has a strong background in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and maximize profits.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all buildings and units are in good condition and comply with safety and health standards.
• Manage tenant relationships, including responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and enforcing lease agreements.
• Hire, train, and supervise property management staff, including leasing agents, maintenance workers, and administrative personnel.
• Develop and manage budgets for each property and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective services are provided.
• Stay up-to-date with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management and ensure all properties are in compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the financial and operational performance of properties.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, owners, investors, and community members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or multi-family setting.
• Strong knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to property management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of increasing occupancy rates and maximizing profits.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in property management software, such as Yardi or AppFolio.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
