Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives. As a Program Development Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for program improvement and develop strategies to achieve maximum effectiveness and impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify community needs and gaps in existing programs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new programs or enhance existing ones
• Design program models, including objectives, strategies, activities, and evaluation methods
• Develop program budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial sustainability
• Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful program implementation
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute program activities and deliverables
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as needed to ensure program effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors to support program goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program development and incorporate into program strategies
• Prepare and present reports to leadership on program progress, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in program development, public administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program development or management
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present to various audiences
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Passion for creating positive change and making a difference in the community
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Experience with grant writing and fundraising is a plus
