Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technology Solutions Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Technology Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic technology solutions to our clients and driving business growth by identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop customized technology solutions that align with their goals and objectives. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for technology solutions to drive business growth
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client's technology systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop customized technology solutions that align with client's business goals and objectives
• Present technology solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful implementation of technology solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption of technology solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in order to provide innovative solutions to clients
• Act as a subject matter expert for technology solutions and provide guidance and support to both internal teams and clients
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Provide training and support to clients on new technology solutions to ensure successful adoption and usage
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights on client needs and market trends to inform future product enhancements and offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology solutions role, preferably in a client-facing capacity
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions to clients
• Strong understanding of various technology systems, platforms, and infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex information to clients
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
